thank you interested...have some query about our passports...since we renewed it last month, our files w/ our MR reflect the old passports, do we need to inform VO for the changes of our passports? Been checking the cic website but cant find any answers re my inquiry...thanks in advance

hi bcpnpmom,

It's fine if you choose to pay the rprf before you take your medical as long as you already have the notice to pay for it. :)

tnx smooth05...have confusion w/ our new passports coz the one reflected in our MR are still the old one, do we need to inform VO about it? tnx

Hello Kashif,

i have a new update from Cairo/Egypt visa office.
i just receive an email " date 14-May-2013 " with instructions to pay the RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE fees, and then send my passports to the visa office for final processing and finally get the PR visa, Thanks GOD :)

The fees are as follow:

Principal Applicant : CAD 490
Spouse : CAD 490

No fees are required for the children.

Good Luck for all of you :)

Thanks

Congratz Emad... Wish you best of luck..

I dont have a definite answer to that, but i would suggest that you inform VO of any changes in your documents, it's better to be pro active that regret later on. you may send an email to your VO to inform them of your new passports, scan and attach to your email.. just my two cents. goodluck

congrats kashifm! is this similar to the question " how can you become economically established in BC? " found in one of the application forms we filled up? if that is the case, i remember writing a two page essay for that. i researched how my husband, as an engineer, can practice his profession in BC. i searched through the internet and found this site www.apeg.bc.ca/‎ very useful. i looked for an institution where he could continue further study, volunteer for work to have a canadian work experience, among others. i focused also on how we can start looking for an employer while we are still here in our home country. i mentioned that we have a network of family and friends in BC who can adopt us while we are still looking for a place to stay and can help us look for employers. hope this gives you a small idea.
