Hi Kashifm, pls amend my details and change my VO to Singapore-VO as CIO-NS have forward my files to them, though i have chosen Manila(CEM) as my VO. Hopefully SGVO will treat backlog applicants as a priority. I am actually thinking to email SGVO if its possible to transfer my file to CEM, but i am worried that it might jeopardize my application then. :'( .

For OWP, MR is through email. Then in 2 days you will get hard copies of MR via Air21 courier.
For PR, MR is through email. It includes RPRF request too. All through email

yap, paid for me n my spouse....they'r asking me addtl requirements like ORIGINAL police clearances...having a hard time getting again for a limited time only...tnx

if we are going to check n ECAS, are we going to select "immigration file number/applicant number', coz tried to check my file number using d said identification type, but no file found...tnx..

Yes. It just overlaps with PR. I know many that did not pursue OWP and just focused on PR.
Me, i have a purpose why i pursue OWP. My plan is to go alone first then my dependents will follow after 6 months. If i have working visa, no question in point of entry if im alone. But if PR and go alone, they say point of entry in Canada will ask many questions why you are alone.
