How long is it approximately to get Immigrant Visa now stamped on your passport.

Check you local post office. Thats what I did, I called local post office, and I found out my Mail are sitting there...Tell office if they got Mail from BC Canada attention to you. They should help you.

we got the nomination letter yesterday too, dec. 11. somehow, im not excited. the nomination doesn't guarantee anything. we could still be denied of the visa, and we need to wait again for the decision.

hi you really need to follow up ur papers since we got ample time of completing it..OWP till feb 15,2013...pilot's oppurtunity...april 2013 deadline for PR application...

Hello everyone,

i didn't apply for OWP yet , but diffidently i will apply soon, to cut it short i will send Canadian embassy e-mail to ask about my wife and kids and if they already will be included or i have to apply for them for a different visa like student for Kids for example... i believe we all need to do so and share their replies to conclude next step.....

on the other hand,

Who sent her/his file to CIC ? any idea when they are going to reply ? are they going to speed up our files because of we are in a pilot project and waiting since 2006

I do hope they would consider our being part of the backlog reduction program. i sent our application today. i hope everything is in order.

We are still weighing if we are going for the OWP. Pls. share to use their answer to your query, should you receive reply from them.

;D I have received my nomination package today dated 29 Nov 2012 consist of Nomination Letter, OWP letter, green stickers and FRC card.

Guys, kindly share your opinion if the OWP is only applied for principal applicant or spouse can also apply for it. thanks........
