Hope someone can help me out with this, in filling out the forms on employers section of check list what should they do for copy of offer of employment part, as none was ever issued at start they just went off my cv.
Do they just sort type up one and back date it and i sign. will that work..?

They're not asking for the original offer of employment. They want a written and current job offer so that the PNP office can be satisfied that the company is genuinely wanting to hire the person. It's similar to what an official job contract would be - including all the information about what the pay is, what duties you're expected to perform, etc. Here's a sample of what job offers are about: https://www.go2hr.ca/articles/job-offer-letters-what-say-and-why-they-are-important

In your case, since you're already working for the company, what they need is a letter specifying that the company wants to retain you as an employee. The offer needs to be for an indeterminate time (so no fixed 12-month contracts or anything) and I believe full-time (more than 30 hours / week). No back dates! Have it dated right before you send your PNP application package and remember that both of you need to sign it.

Thanks great advise there. It just the company are not quite sure what information in being asked for. Getting this PR is proving a long and windy road haha. Any idea on the time lines in gettting BC PNP through EE.?!!
