I would go with CEC.

My employer was extremely nice about filling our forms and providing me with the documentations. Took me about roughly a week to get all the necessary stuffs.

Have you mentioned to your employer about getting your PR yet? That's a good way to see if they are willing to support you on the PNP application. And if they aren't then your other options are to go CEC or FSW and that you still need a reference letter from your employer.

Thanks for getting back to me Anser,

I've expressed my desire to obtain permanen residence with them and they indeed have shown support for it. The only thing I am nervous about is asking them for assistance and then having them put some conditions or stipulations on me, since I've only been a manager for 3 months now.(Eg. you better hit this sales target or else)

Why do you say I should apply through CEC? If my employer shows willingness to support my application via BC PNP, should I go with that instead? And assuming I do, how intensive is the paperwork, because I know there are afew forms they have to fill out for me?

Thanks.

Takes about at least 8 weeks for BCPNP to process your application. Let's say you submit your application next week and possibly will not be nominated until March if let's say no delays in the process. For me, it took me 3 months to get my nomination and took about 2 weeks for them to mail the nomination.

Your employer shows willingness to support your application, sure, but you have to stick to the employer from the beginning to the end of the process, not only the BCPNP process but also the federal process. Your employer can withdraw your application anytime they want. I've seen people have arguments with their employers and the employers turn around and withdraw the applications.

It seems to me that you've already made up your mind. Some of the CEC May applicants already received their PPR in December and as for PNP, haven't seen any PPR from February batch.

As for the paperwork goes for BCPNP, have your employer fill out a form, write a recommendation letter and ask for business license and certificate of incorporation that's all you need.

I will, however, file my CEC application when I reach 1 year of work experience which comes in June.

You want faster processing, CEC is faster, period.
