BC PNP EXPRESS ENTRY

Hello,
this is Bhavesh , I am working Canada since 1st Nov 2017. I am working as a relief housekeeping Supervisor in sunpeaks grand hotel . I am applying for BC pnp express entry but I got 5.5 in IELTS (Writing - 6 listening 5.5 speaking 4.5 and reading 5.5 ) can I apply for BC pnp or not .my counselor is saying I need to have 6 band in each and every section because its mandatory. also I talked with another immigration counselor so he said it's not like that.becuase of two different answers I get confused. can I apply or not please suggest me.

Paper base BC PNP does not require English test score but Express Entry does. So yes, you can still apply for BC PNP but not through the express entry. Also, EE requires work experience for more than a year.
