Invitation to apply- 14th February 2018
Submitted complete application - 17th February 2018
Acknowledgement - 17th February 2018

I have grade 12 education plus Trade certificate from Rural Development of Govt of Haryana- India for 1 year.

Will I be consider with 11 points for education or 2 for non-trade certificate. Planning to apply as Construction worker

Any education agency like WES, do you think can evaluate/assess Trade education in Canada

Also if I do assessment for my education, can i get extra 4 points (WES). I know, WES will not assess trade certificate.

Trade certificate not assessed. Have to get province trade qualification certificates

It depends which program you are applying under usually around 3 months for nomination and it also depends where you are applying from. If you are applying paper base nomination then you still got a long wait until you get your landing paper because it takes approximately 16 months at the federal level. If you are applying through Express Entry then it will be about 4-6 months depending on where you are applying from.
