ARE YOU ALSO EMPLOYED IN LOWER MAIN LAND, VANCOUVER?

Hi everyone,
Can you please tell me how long it will take to receive mail from BC PNP after receiving PNP approval email. As, i got nominated on 18th Jan.2016. But, my immigration consultant said that he didn't receive my nomination mail yet ?
Sometimes, it seems like consultant is ignoring bcoz he is busy with with new application ?
I'm worried because my status has expired as of Dec22, 2015. And i have to apply for extension and he is not helping me, even regarding draw that was o 27th Jan, 2016, He didn't tell me whether i received ITA or not yet ? One day he said that my score after nomination is 925 and i will get ITA for sure. I don't know what to do ?

Please help me

Hi there

Please email your BC PNP Advisor, to send you a copy by email. and then you can attach that to the Express Entry Profile

I just did that today and PNP emailed me back just right now and says i am not gonna get nomination certificate in mail, as i had applied under express entry. They will sent it by email (But unfortunately they hav my lawyer's email address).

If possible, can you help me with one more thing as my status has expired and just have 90 days to restore it (now only 50 left), my lawyer said that we will apply for visitor visa, that gonna take 8-10 days, after that we'll go to border to get a new work permit, once my employer will be ready to pay 230 $ employer compliance fee.
Do you think so its a good option or should i go for anything else ?

First of all if your lawyer is being a trouble , you can remove the representative anytime from your application, there is a form available on the CIC website try searching it.
. I think you should apply for a work permit as PNP must have sent you a work permit support letter. Thats a more better option. And then your will be on implied status until you get your Work permit.

You need to have some sort of status to be able to go to the border and get the permit.

So yes, I would do as your lawyer is suggesting.

To be clear, you require both the work permit support letter and the employer must have paid the $230 fee to be able to get the work permit.
