BC PNP - Employer's Phone Interview

Hi there, I've submitted my BC PNP application 4 months ago,

and just for my curiosity, what kinds of questions would BC PNP ask to my employer?

And also, what happens if my employer couldn't answer the phone, but my supervisor?

Hello what happened now? They phoned your boss? Whats the problem if one of your supervisor answered the phone?
