going by weeks its 13 weeks done!!!
they say 12-14 weeks.. If anybody thinks they stick to this time frame???

hey they never stick to there timeline i know people even passed 18 weeks.. but just keep checking ur mail box any time u can get now no more emails. good luck bro

my package also received on 18 th nov. so we r on same date. keep sharing ur status. which forms did u filled up because on 15 th nov they updated new forms. old forms or new ones u submitted

Hi guys finally I also received my file number today (Feb 14th), they received my package on Nov 28th.

I just visited their website and found that they updated their checklist form and I was still using the old one, there is a slight difference in the documents (the new one require photos). the problem is I didn't check before I submitted the last version.
so I am worried, is this going to affect the application?
other than that, let's keep each other updated.

Hey Nav13, what documents did they request from you later? Is it because of the newly changed checklist? I just found their new checklist requires to submit photographs and I didn't. Thanks!

Hi, We submitted our application on 27th of November but we still haven't received a Notification email.
My Husbands new boss has received a letter in the post telling him it will take 12-14 weeks. We can only presume this means the entire process.
Is there anyone out there who was nominated but did not get an email notification?

its takes abt 10 weeks to receive file no. process is very slow these days. results between 12 to 16 weeks . just be patient just few days hopefully u will get file no . good luck

How u guys are doing?
I applied on Nov 13 and recived file number on 29 January. Waiting. ,,,!!!!!
I have a question when we will get nominated do we still need to work with same employer until we will get PR or we can stop it after nomination.

if you have a bounded work permit then yes you have to stick to the same employer. if you have an open work permit then you can change your employer but your job position should be same or higher 8)
