9-10 weeks for file number and 12-14 weeks for nomination? That means 3-4 weeks after file number, which is obviously too optimistic. I have been waiting for over 8 weeks after file number, and no news yet.

Yea I know, Only for file number 9-10 weeks and after a few weeks nomination.
It sounds weird to me too but that's what I heard from officer.

I have been waiting 9 weeks from submitting my application and haven't heard anything yet either.

My application received on 14 nov and still no response yet..
I talked to my lawyer and he said might be get file number till next week..

decision made :-10 jan

I checked my visa and payment processed but didnt get any email yet about file number and ol!!
fees was withdrawn on 29 jan from my visa

they say 12-14 weeks.. If anybody thinks they stick to this time frame???
