Hi I emailed them and they advised that my husband had nomination but the package will be coming out in the post.

I don't think they would have emailed me had I not emailed them first.

After I got asked for more documents mid December I inquired today via email how long it roughly takes till a decision is made... I got answer 1/2 h later saying that my application go processed and that I'll receive my package in 2-3 weeks....But way better they attached my support letter to the email

Is support letter enough to apply for a work permit at the border？ Did the officer ask for nomination certificate?

Please update your information regularly related to your BC PNP application. if anyone is not in the this chart who applied BC PNP from APRIL to OCT. 2014. Please let me know your timeline so i could add you in the list to figure out how they processing BC PNP application nows a days. hopefully they are reviewing at least 20-25 files everyday.

And I have questions..If you no longer on the compnay thats on your bcpnp offer form, is the application will be cancelled automatically?

And If theres a new company, and will submit the docs, will this affect the bcpnp time frame application and delay the process?

No. BC PNP office never call me or email me to ask for any documents or about my employment.
For second part of question..i really don't know exact answer but i think you have to work on the company who has applied your nomination application.If BC PNP called you or your employer..as sometimes they do..and if you are not working then your case might got negative.You can email to BC PNP (may be different email id then the email id you have provided in your application just to play safe) to know exact answer to this question.

I talk for what I know but I am not a lawyer so please take my words as is...
As long as your application is not processed I am pretty sure that you can change the sponsor employer (of course the new one has to be eligible, but I imagine that you already checked about this).
For what I see, the problem is mainly related to the timeframe of the employer change. I mean: if you send the documents of the new employer/sponsor to BCPNP before the other (the old sponsor) withdraws his sponsorship (and communicates it to BCPNP) I think you are ok.
If the old sponsor withdraws your sponsorship before you send the new documents I think there can be a problem.
Anyway, I suggest you to write (or, if you can, go to visit) them. They are normally very quick in answering and maybe you can find the solution that fits better for your case.
In any case, best luck!

I resigned on my job due to conflict where discrimination is present. Although I should no do it but I have no choice. Although I have found another job, but it will not start in 2 or 3 weeks from now. Although the new employer or General Manager of the company is willing to sign the job offer form but he has not made any decision yet.... The only thing is getting the business license and the certificate of incorporation as he does not have those copy...Since the company is included in a group of company. I just need any more solide info on how the BCPNP verify employement so at least I know..If they will call the General Manager who signed the job offer form or not..

I am so worried... I hope you can help me pray that everything will be alright...Theres a lot going on in my life now... So, I am trying to get back on my feet.

I just need to submit the new updated information of the new employer. I am here in Canada and have open permit. The old employer did not sponsor me. I dont fall on the sponsorship category. I just need probably to be quick in submittinf the new document..As July is now on process. But the only thing is the new position is Supervisor, oppose to the old postion I have which was Assistant Manager. The NOC will be change.

I am just hoping and praying that I can submit the new docs and the new emplpyer will provide this in time.

I wish all goes good with you.My noc code is 6711 as food counter attendant.I think usually pnp call when there is some documents missing on file or they required more information.If you have given all necessary information then you are ok.This is just my guess.I wish again all goes good with you.
