have you not received positive decision or approval yet from BC PNP office......because now they are reviewing may 1st weeks application and who applied in may they also receiving their approval letters......as you applied on 07may 2014. They should be informed you ........!!

Been at the border today (Point Roberts) for flagpoling;
all the process (USA border office to do the flag pole, Canadian border office for the WP for me and my wife and the visitor status request for my children took around 1 hour). It was incredibly smooth, but better go prepared with all that is needed (passport, BC pnp certificate and support letter, employment letter), and also a copy of all the past documentation.

Good luck to everybody. I'll probably start my application for permanent residency in a week/10 days.. and tomorrow (finally) back to work!

hi,can u help me in knowing ..what option i have to choose when applying for extension of work permit with the pnp nomination letter ? I work permit extension form.....what kind of work permit you are applying for ? Open work permit or Exemption from Labour Market Opinion ?

Please update your information regularly related to your BC PNP application. if anyone is not in the this chart who applied BC PNP from APRIL to OCT. 2014. Please let me know your timeline so i could add you in the list to figure out how they processing BC PNP application nows a days. hopefully they are reviewing at least 20-25 files everyday.

How its Possible, because they always send the Approved Letter by Post, this is there policy, they don't info approval on phone or on Email.

Hey you need to send in application for extension before your visa expires. It will get denied with out PNP approval but whilst it is processing you will have implied status. Send it by mail. This will buy you an extra 39 days.
I did this got denied and am now on visitor visa whilst awaiting pnp approval.

Thomw85 i applied for Work Permit Extension but i got refusal last week they sent me email that show you have 90 days to restore your status. Right now i am on restrotation status, i have a question do i have to apply for Visitor, Temporary Resident Visa, because my file no is 274+ and is going to review next month and right now i dont have Work permit and Visa.

I got an email saying I have been approved and they also attached my support letter that I can take to the border to apply for a temporary work permit while I am waiting for the CIC processing for my permanent residency. They said that I will get my approval package in the mail in the next couple of weeks.

The document they asked for was from my employer, they wanted to know how they had advertised for the position.

How its Possible, because they always send the Approved Letter by Post, this is there policy, they don't info approval on phone or on Email.
