BC PNP application from outside canada

Hello! I have applied for work permit from outside canada, have full time job offer. To save time, can I apply for BC PNP also parallely and what should I take care of applying in Express Entry Tech pilot draw by myself. My score is 112 and NOC 0131.

From what I’ve read on here, although the express entry guarantees you a faster route to PR. It seems the initial pnp nomination is quicker with the paper process.
