Hi everybody.
I’m going to be as brief as possible.
I applied in 2017 for the BC PNP under the international graduate program. Got nominated.
At that time I didn’t know it was a paper based application and that it would take very long to get a PR. In the meantime I got married and my wife had a baby too so with all the confusion, my certificate expired. Decided to apply again in November 2018 and got nominated again. My certificate will expire at the end of April. I didn’t apply for PR yet because I keep hearing that it takes 19 months or so for processing.
The reason I open-end this thread is because I am now eligible for Express entry because of the one year skilled work experience I gained in the meantime.
My question is...I f I apply for PNP again under the express entry will I get in trouble for applying so many times? I don’t want to screw this up because I have a wife and a baby to take care of. I have a really good job and not want to lose this. Thanks for any answers I might get.

yes, Provincial paper bases going on very long. I've applied mine on August 2017, AOR 26 Sep 2017, received PPR only 31st of January 2019. At the same time I applied also for EE not provincial - just for 1 year skill working as you. I applied on May 2018 - still no news.

I don't think it will be a problem for applying 3d time as provincial nominee but through EE. but why just not to apply without provincial - just for EE?

Hi and thanks for the answer. Applying with PNP and having a nomination would give me 600 points for EE.

Does skill work mean Red Seal? I have been at this company as an apprentice level1 since January 2017, for my Red Seal in April 2018. Would that count as 2 years of skilled work experience? It’s not very clear
