We are all confused I think.
It looks like than nobody has the same response from them.
14 weeks for me next tuesday...

I never called them just emailed them but this time after tuesday i will definitely call as per their words

A times I just wonder how they manage the process, I think by their response Vancouver71 should have his package by now, today is Thursday!

Vancouver71 i asked them via email first mail they said its in process wait for 12-14 weeks today i emailed them this is what they replied to me

Thank-you for your inquiry. Our current processing time is 12 - 14 weeks based on a completed application. Should the processing time exceed 14 weeks, please contact our office at that time. We appreciate your patience.

According to this email i really dont understand what did they mean (Our current processing time is 12 - 14 weeks based on a completed application. Should the processing time exceed 14 weeks) this sentence is completely clueless. What do it mean whether application compeleted decision is made or still a decision has to be made. Its getting into my nerves now cant sleep after this email. Plz guys if anyone understand this help me out

Hey Buddy,

First thing: They are not replying anything different to anybody. They are just copying and pasting same response to everyone. I got exact same response from them. Not a word different.

Second thing: The confusing line means they are in no mood of processing any file before this holiday season. By saying the last line, they want to indicate us that don't expect anything before 14 weeks or new year.

I dont think they have so many files to process. You call them any time and they will pickup the phone in first or second attempt. You send them an email and reply will be within minutes or couple of hours. And also it's manual reply, not automatic.

So, don't panic. Enjoy holidays or earn more in holidays and best of luck in new year. You can work hard, but can't change your destiny.
