Do you have an idea if they use Canada Post for within Canada?

Yes I think they use Canada post within Canada.
On Canada Post website it says 2 business days for a regular mail.

Surrey- My friend.. Stop worrying about it. NOC doesnt matter as long as you have a strong back up form you employer !!

I applied from outside of Canada under NOC 2132 for mechanical engineering

Robbie, thanks man!!! Mine cam with 1 letter for PR, 1 for work permit and detailed instructions what what to do next along with some green BC PNP stickers so your application will stand out at the PR office. We will have to apply to the centralized office in Sydney, which is kinda weird.
