Medical checks done in july/20th but sent to cardiologist, appointments set for my son in sept/15 and I am scheduled for sept/29 unfortunately those are the available days for cardiologist appointments since he does not consider this as an emergency, this cardiologist appointments are due to Heart murmur that both my son and I have it 'cause is hereditary but we don't have problems.
The rest of the medical exams were already sent to Ottawa and I was told x-rays, blood test and urine test were fine there were no problems for all of us.
I've been in Canada for more than 2 and a half years with wife and 2 sons.
Will update as soon as I am done with cardiologist..

Which Stream where you eligible for?

I am not sure if I understand your question but I am under Skilled worker program IT area

It's currently taking 19 to 21 weeks to process BC PNP applications in the entry-level stream although the receipt letter says 14 to 16 weeks. They are pretty far behind but working hard to catch up.

ok, but I think the time starts counting once I am done with the cardiologist and they have received the cardiologist report, doesn't it?.. this wednesday is my son's appointment and I still have to wait until the 29th of this month..I would say the 19 to 21 weeks is after that or cardiologist is just a formality that they have to go with..?.. like I said, I have this heart murmur since I was a kid and my son also have the same but we don't have any problems...

superboy, aside from the x-ray, blood, and urinalysis what else did they do during your medical exam? I'm getting mine this Thursday and I think i have some sort of stomach issues, i wanna know how thorough the procedure is.. tnx!

that was all, I had a special serum creatinine test due to the heart murmur but I was told it was normal and all the others were normal.

Got my meds done today!! How long did it take for the medical office to submit their findings to Ottawa?

I think it was a week

Did you pay your right of permanent residence fee when u applied??

no, I haven't done that yet. They will let you know when to...it'll be after the meds have been reviewed.

Whats the average time line on that? Someone i knew got it in just TWO days!!

heart checkup done and cardiologist said nothing to worry about everything is fine (echo and ECG) done. Letters will be sent and now wait for any further requests from Immigration, not expecting any though. Will let you know when I get any info back from CIC

Great news!! I'll start a new thread for everyone that got their meds done and its follow ups in September. I believe that yours counts in the September time frame as well..I read somewhere that from the meds results it could take as long as 3-6 months to get a passport request, extremely dreadful
