Hey!
So I've applied for BC PNP skilled worker, and I'm awaiting my approval. Is there any way now of applying for EE PR? Is there anyway I can change my route to EE without paying all the fees again?

You can apply EE without points from BC PNP.
If you need 600 points from BC PNP to get invited, you need to apply BC PNP Express Entry and pay application fees.
Since March 2015, applicants no longer able to upgrade their regular BC PNP applications to Express Entry on same application.

So if I was to apply for EE now without the 600 points, would my BC PNP count for anything on my application?
No, regular nomination doesn't count anything in express entry application.

I have submitted my complete application for BC PNP express entry under skilled worker category on june 14, 2017. Awaiting nomination. Normally how long does it take to receive nomination under BC PNP express entry?

Yes, it's always open, and you can skip invitation round to apply directly.

Thats where I screwed up... i was ready to switch my regular pnp file to ee but next day they announced that u can’t do that .... in result still waiting to get pr till now in 17th month of federal file.... so I don’t think so money matters in this kind of situations if i am eligible to change to ee I would pay all the fee again to save my almost year and a half... so think about it..(.i put in 12 13 months of pnp and 17 months of federal no results yet)
