Hi All

Received BC PNP ITA: 17th Nov & Submitted online application on 10th Dec'16.
Overseas applicant with Job Offer.
It is past 3 months & when I checked with my registered agent, I was told that there is a 'Employer Compliance Review' is now being conducted. The employer has one month to provide requested doc's to the authorities & thereafter the decision will be made.

Has anyone experienced this & if you have any info on what this review is all about. Can it have negative effects on my application.

i also received invitation on 17 November
and submitted my application on 18 December.
overseas applicant also with job offer.
From december i am waiting for nomination.
Case Review Officer always gives 15 days for additional documents.
Rest all depends on case to case.

I got my BCPNP Nomination last week right now m working as store Manager but i got another job in Bank so can i switch the job? will it affect my pnp or pr? Thanks

according to me yes it will affect your PR.
Consult any immigration consultant.
may be they can guide u properly.

I got an invitation yesterday from BC PNP and need help regarding duty description and recommendation letter by employer. Should they be in letter pad of company ?
I work as a supervisor at a gas station.

Employer will give you recommendation letter with roles and responsibilities, duty description and also per hour wages. it is very important.
yes letterhead is very important.

You got nominated with the sponsorship of your employer,If you leave said employer you have violated the terms of your nomination.Unless you get permission from BC PNP you cannot just change job until you get your PR status

Many times,this is a due diligence where they verify the authenticity of the job offer.If they are not satisfied,they will refuse the nomination

Hi i apply for bc pnp on 12dec and after 2 days they want some additional docs . We send them on 20th Dec 2016 . After that till now I heard nothing from them. I apply bc pnp skilled worker from outside canada. I got ita and now My under nominee process can plz some one tell me To get positive nomination which very important factors they looking for to nominate a foreign workers if u know any pls share with me . Thanks

A program advisor uses factors such as eligibility of employer,qualifications of the applicant,work practices of the employer,a genuine effort to look for a Canadian for a position,prevailing wage to make their decision

Please ask your employer to call them and find out, what's going on. I know they will say working on it, but no harm in checking.

I told my representative many times please call them or send them query.
But they are not doing.
Always same reply
Nomination will come soon.

Did you also send police clearance? Or you plan to send those later?

Yes I sent all docs. If you don't have your pcc ready send your docs as soon as you receive application number send your PCC to them ASAP. Don't wait for their request to send your pcc.
