Guys, please help me.

I've worked with Tech support (analysts, supervisor, coordinator) for around 10 years. Have certifications in the area but didn't complete graduation in my country. I got a full time permanent job offer to work here in Vancouver in the area and they can help me with the documentation needed and etc. Giving the fact that i don't have a degree, will still my BCPNP application be accepted? NOC 2282 - B.

Thank you

Just got Nominated. Wooohoo!!!!!! :D :D :D ;D ;D ;D ;D

congratulation! When BC PNP email you for more information did they say something like "If a response is not received by March XX, 2017, your application will be processed based on the information available on file. "? if yes, what's the date they put on? thx.

Hello,

I wanted to ask how relevant experience is defined. I have a year of work experience on a single NOC in Canada but as it is a temporary position I can't apply to the BC PNP, however, I am being offered a job on another NOC. Will they consider different NOC's on the same skill level if the actual job descriptions are similar?

Relevant experience is based on you demonstrating and that your experience in the related experience is applicable to your current position. For example somebody I helped was questioned that He was only working one year as a front desk manager on his current LMIA.He was promoted from his previous job as a front desk clerk NOC C.But He had worked as a manager for 10 years in his home country.I was able to point out that managerial skills were transferable and He got his nomination 2 weeks ago

I see, so my situation would not be a promotion. It would be moving from an administrative officer to financial sales representative, which are both a B skill level. Both roles only entail administrative duties and both are in companies in similar industries. So what I want to figure out is how much flexibility does the BC PNP have regarding relevant experience, especially because it varies from case to case.

I will get the handbook and will get back to you

i was working as Retail Store Supervisor since MAY 2016 and then i got promotion as Store Manager in December 2016. I applied my BCPNP under EEBC International Graduate category so m i qualified for federal express entry or not? i mean in any category of federal express entry based on this work experience?

Unfortunately no, you will be eligible from May. Just 2 months left for you to apply under Canada Experience Class. If you haven't received invitation to apply I'll suggest you to pull your application and apply after 2 months or you can apply under regular PNP.

Hi people,
Thanks for sharing your experiences :). I plan to apply under the International Post Graduate category and I am working as an Energy Manager.
My bachelors is from Mumbai University and Masters from UBC. Following are my queries:
1) Do I need to get my bachelors transcripts evaluated by WES before applying?
2) Do I need to maintain funds for at least 3 months? or the duration isn't that important?
3) As far as police verification is concerned, I heard we have to apply through BLS (for Indian Police verification) as well as through RCMP (for Canadian records). Is that true?

Thanks guys.

Got my PhD, Applied under International Post Graduate category, My BC PNP came after one week, Sent my docs to Sydney on Jan 23, 2017. received by CIC Jan 27, 2017, received my Application No. on March 15, 2017. It is in process now.

Do you guys know someone who has applied Under BC-PNP International Post Graduate category before and got his/her PR recently? Just wanted to know how long will it take to receive PR roughly.

Cheers,
