I believe we will need to submit PR application through EE to CIC once we have nomination certificate, then we will be requested to complete IMM0008 Application form.

Hi, everyone. My application is inland BC pnp pr. I got my AOR in April 26,2016, I am waiting for MR.
I have a big question here: My lawyer told me to keep working 40 hours per week when I am waiting for pr,
but I can only get 32hours per week from my employer, what should I do? Is CIC going to check my working hours and my income? If I don't work 40hours, is CIC going to refuse my application?

Please help me for my question, I really need to find out what to do. Thanks to everyone.

Hello Everyone

For BC PNP it require 105 points but my points are less than what they are asking for. Is there any chance to get invitation for BC PNP.

Thank You

Improve your language score, gain more experience, salary increase or get higher degree, otherwise you need to wait hopefully the ITA point can drop.

Does anybody recently heard anything from BC Express Entry - International graduate category? I submiited application on April and haven't heard anything yet. Its more then 2 months and status still shows as Submitted. Does this status changes ? What are the Status availables? Anybody who got approved can please let us know. Thanks!

It's almost 3 months now from when i submitted application, does anyone know if processing time changed recently? I haven't heard anything yet.

I am in the same situation as you are .Please update if you contact the PNP or if you get a call any time soon..

even 30 hours are enough

Is it mandatory to live 9 months before applying for bc pnp??
Under what stream?

I am very sorry, guys, I would like to ask you a stupid question.
What is the difference between BC PNP SKILLS and BC PNP EXPRESS ENTRY ? I am not talking about different requirements (NOC categories, work experience) but about the process.
My main confusion is : does Skilled and Express go into one system (calculating score ) and one pool? If YES- then WHY there are two categories (Skilled and EE). If not, then how you get ITA under Skilled?

Hello everyone,

I get 6 band overall L 6.5, R:5.5,W:6.0 S:6.5

Yes, your consultant is correct in terms of scores and bands. But why would you ever need a language test if you have job in NOC A?

I am so confused. As per bc pnp guideline, ielts do not require

thank you for your answer, but my problem is my income is only $11,I work in a fast food restaurant as food counter attendant. If I only work 32hours per week, than I can not meet the minimum income requirements.
I will try to ask my manager give me more hours.

I think it does not matter. If you work 40 hours a week you CIC considers it is a full time job. If you work only 30- it is still full time.

Concerning your income- it is another story, you could work any hours a week to get necessary minimum income.

Those two things are not connected.

CIC would be more concerned if you worked 20 hours a week and you income exceeds minimum income.
