you can call CIC or email them and ask your questions as its beyond the processing time

Will expect standard answer, TAT based on 80% cases and we are actively working on your case. Will get in touch with you if required.
Not sure, if they have any time lines for rest of the cases.

hi felaz,

Any idea how to apply for TRV online from within Canada? I followed the instructions on their website and logged into my account. However, inside my account, when I click on apply for TRV/studypermit/andsomething else option, it creates assumes I want an express entry application and begins creating one for me. Any idea(s) what is wrong?

The business must already have permanent, full-time employees;
If the business is located in the Greater Vancouver Regional District, the business must have at least five permanent, full-time employees (or full-time equivalent) in B.C.;

We have network of 14 gas station so we have way more than 5 full time employees in company but specifically regaridng my one gas station we have 5 part timer and 2 full timers? is it okay or not?

Thats fine.. dont worry they dont look at the individual stores they will look as a organization as a whole..

Like Company XYZ has 14 employees working out of which say 10 are full timers.

they wont look at location B of company XYZ has only 2 fulltimers not 5 and we will reject this application

Hi there, Every BC PNP applicant must read

I would like to let you guys know one thing, BC PNP is holding 20% of applications (20% applications are people who apply through consultancy)

I just came to know that people who apply by their own are getting nomination sooner than who apply through consultancy.

In fact, me and four of my friends graduated from the same university, registered for BC PNP, got invited and submitted application on the same date, but among five, three have applied by their own and got the nomination with in a month. two of us (including me) applied though consultancy in November (over four months) still no response from BC PNP.

So sad >:(
