Personally I do not think so because the last draw was only on Feb 23 But I could be wrong.My best is next week though.

ME???I have been Canadian since the 70 s.Canada is my home and native land.I used to work for the BC Parliamentary secretary for Immigration before I left government.I am now in the private sector.But I still know lots of people.For example Joe Kenney used to be the Director of the BC PNP.Now He is a RCIC consultant working in the private sector specializing in BC PNP. Lots of us ex government types work in this industry.But I am just giving back.This forum got me interested in Immigration a long time agoCheers

Hi. currently i am in Canada and i have implied status here.
i applied visitor extension on 3rd November 2016 and still we are waiting for decision. i dont know why they are not sending our visa or any decision.
on CIC website it is mention that processing time is 42 days.
please suggest what can i do in this situation.
my representative is saying dont worry you will get your visitor visa soon.
i also dont have user ID and password with me.
how i can check my status. or how i can contact them regarding my visitor visa.

Are you sure you applied on Nov 3rd and didn't received your visa extension. As cic site clearly mention which date application's are they viewing. Currently as per site they are working on Jan 5th application now. As per my understanding, they might requested for some information or medical for you. Kindly cross check with your agent.

yes i am sure visitor visa extension was applied on 3rd november.
my representative sent me all detail in my mail and also payment receipt for visitor extension fees.
that is why i am worried why i am not receiving any result. everyday i am checking cic website regarding on which date they are working .

Do you know how to use case specific inquiry?You do not have to a lawyer or consultant to use this,You only need your UCI number to inquire about your filewhich has exceeded the normal processing time.This is how consultants and lawyers communicate with IRCC,It is no longer called CIC.Second trick is have you gone to your MP for inquiry into your case status,you do not have to be Canadian or Canadian PR to ask for your MP help,only legal status.Hope this helps

so we are waiting for nomination.
yesterday i was try to fill inquiry form on CIC site. but i was confused with some questions thn i quit that page.

Got my nomination yesterday,accepted it on CIC website:

Category: International Post Graduate
Date of registration: 1st March 2017
Date of application: 1st March 2017
Date of nomination: 2nd March 2017
Date of confirmation letter from CIC: 3rd March 2017

I got nominated trough BC PNP under International Post graduate Category. My question is regarding Ielts requirement. I had appeared for it in 2014. Now as a graduate from English speaking country, do I still need to appear for Ielts or I can just attach copy of previous one.

Please advise. Thanks.
