BC MSP Payment from Student to PR

Hi, my spouse who is an international student is now a PR since early last month and we updated HIBC with our new status and applied for new MSP cards. This month we are still getting billed for MSP, is this normal and when will the billing stop after updating to PR status?

Until when study permit expires, then premiums will stop.. Basically now there are two accounts under your spouse name

Did they take exact 21 days to update the status when you filled up that online form?

It took a month but I noticed that they stopped charging us payment the next month after we became PR.
