hey frnd, I have one year work-permit. i want to take LMO for PR. is it good to go with LMO for PR? how long time required to get PR After LMO?

With LMO you can get 2 year workpermit and after that apply for bcpnp it takes 3 4 months ...
If u approve bcpnp ...then apply for PR it takes 6 8 months...

A LMO in itself is not a route to PR. You said you already have a work permit? If so then you may not need a LMO. What's your province?

I just noticed your in BC in which case you do not need a LMO unless your wanting to change jobs. If your eligible to apply via the PNP there's no need for a LMO at all. Dependent on your job you may have several routes to PR. If you provide more information people can offer more advise.

This is not correct, not all LMO are 2 years and even if your issued with a 2 year LMO there's is no guarantee that your work permit will be issued for 2 years also. It's up the visa officer.
In any case if your applying for PR via the BC PNP just go straight to the PNP. Your nomination certificate will replace the need for a LMO and you can apply for a new work permit at that point
