BC international post graduate - PNP Non Express Entry Language proficiency

Hey guys!

I am trying to apply for my PR thought BC international post graduate - PNP Non Express Entry, but its asking for language proficiency test! which was not required when i applied for my PNP itself.
Does anyone know if they made any changes or if i can upload an alternative file?

I'm also looking for the answer. I got my BCPNP (post graduate) as well, but when I apply for PR through the non-EE system, it shows me "Proof of language proficiency (required)."
