i am a recent International Post Graduate from a BC University and i want to apply for BC EE PNP, i want to know how long it takes for PNP to arrive under this category?
Do i need IELTS/English test before i can apply for BC EE?

Yes you need the IELTS to apply for the EEBC. You need to meet all the Express Entry eligibility requirements:

I recently applied to the EEBC international postgraduate and got the nomination in 1.5 months after I submitted my application.
