BC collages PG Diploma admission with 6.0 IELTS

According to webomeric ranking 2016, selkirk is at 98 and nlc at 119 and selkirk 2 year pg diploma program has coop.I don't know whether nlc provides the same.At the same time my concern is about job opportunities and part time job ,since selkirk is situated in a small town.
