Can any one help out, i need to fill basis of claim form. What is the way to fill it do i need some lawyer ?

Get the form from Google, and type all the answers. Download it with changes and take print it out. It's all about describing your situation regarding your claim. If you wish you can consult/hire a lawyer.
Well I did mine by myself, and went to the court against the minister’s representative for a hearing by myself and the decision was positive. But I would recommend you to take a lawyer if you are scared. I did it myself because I was sure enough I was going to answer all questions related to my story.
