Pareshbhai, I got 2nd AOR and its In-process as per my lawyer, but he dont give me 2nd file number, he told me that its for them only, if I made mistake online then create problem, but he sent me screenshots of the my e-case status page. on E-case status page address is the lawyers address (anyway my lawyer is my family relatives so not to worried).

pareshbhai , mey mara lawyer ney puchhyu toa ea keh chhe ke background and security check puru thayi gayu chhe, eni jode letter chhe ema tick mark karelu chhe, koi document haju mangavyu nathi, aney in-process maa chhe, toa chances ketla chhe, atyare maru balance thodu ochhu chhe, canadian $17000 (for 3people) ni jgyaye sirf usd $12000 chhe mara bank maa, toa chalse, atyare emy used karya chhe etle, aney lagbhag 30 days maa pachha avi jasey, background security check thaygayu hoy toa chale joa balance thodu ochhu hamna hoy toa?

I think koi problem na thavo joiye aa stage ma...pan it's adviseble to maintain the balance atleast till the medicals....there was some deficit in my account too but it was after medical...they might ask u for the updated balance, u never know...

Anyway, wat my experiece sez, they don't reject the file for not maintaining balance, they always can adk for the updates..Try to maintain it...

Tame tamaru status juni file number thi check Kari sako cho. New Delhi walao ne in process status hoy to 1 week ma medicals aavi jay chey, things r different for buffalo office...in process status is good sign for the case.....

sorry atulbhai, cannot suggest you the one who really helps you with the file, even if we know, its risky to suggest you, they mostly mess with the cases rather then helping, as my experience wid dem, they r the money snatchers...

if you face any trouble with your case, try to post the problems that you are having with your case in this forum, it will help to you and others as well....

Better not to hire consultant just for documents preparation.

everything is given in guideline at cic website. And this forum is here to help for confusion.

Himanshu, juno ke navo je koi pan file number hoy Status to same j batave....most of us use the file number that we've got from CIO to check the status of the file....

navo file number nu purpose a chey ke tamare local CHC ma communication karvu hoy to as a reference e file number aapvano...pan tamare jo status janvu hoy to CIO je file number aapyo chey ej upyogi chey ane je status message tema batave ej sacho status message chey.......just feel free if you have any confusion....

mane tamari ek advice joie che ke caips notes mangavavi ke nahi mari time frame joine mane salah apo. mare e janvu che ke point assesment thai gayu ke nahi. e-case status ma to eligibility review pending batave che. caips mangavano koi benefit che ke nathi
