Bankers Plz help

• Bank says they have no means of tracking the DD payment or checking encashed or not.
• Are hand written Demand Drafts Okay, like the one above?
• Anyone from the banking industry who can help me know how a DD is tracked so I can confront the Bank with the right questions/statements?
• Any such tools they use or applications in which they would be able to trace the payment

Bro its one of the coldest NOC... so dont worry at all.. it should be around 250-300 till December end

Need your guidance.
I have done MBA in Finance.Worked for 2 years 6 months as Banker(Bank Operations) in one organization and will be completing 6 months working experience as Financial Analyst in november(2019).
If my CLB is 9, Will it be counted as 3 years of work experience so as to calim 50 crs point and shall I apply for pr now or wait
for november and under which NOC shall I apply?
