hi i am new to this forum. i am a bank relationship manager in sydney. i am interested to apply for the FSW2014. i noted that the closest i can get to is NOC1114 though 0122 is more relevant but it is not on the listing. i handle residential and commercial mortgages as well as arranging insurances and other banking products for clients. would like to know more your experience and advice on whether by opting for this route would be workable or not.

if your job description matches atleast 50-60% of what is required by CIC then you can always cover the rest %age. You have to modify and explain in detail your job responsibilities and also you can type in few responsibilities of your team members which you perform when they are out of office / on leave.

you should have the supporting education and experience to validate your duties.

my job duties and responsibilities are same as mentioned in NOC 0122 of credit manager..
bt my educational qualifications are .. BSc it and Msc it .. ??

Can i Apply unde this ???

Sorry bro 0122 is not among 50 eligible noc..but u can try under 1212 or 1114

• Calculating financial ratios, Settlement of debts and writing off customer debts after securitization of high net worth business deals with the bank.
• Collection of debts on overdue accounts.
• Troubleshooting work-related problems and recommending appropriate solutions for process improvements.
• Providing on job training to newly hired employees and responsible for their learning and development as well as cross training on different processes.
• Verifying and recording financial documents and forms while sharing the reviews with the Manager.
• Coordinating activities with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of daily activities.
• Assigning work to team members on a daily basis and maintaining excel sheets to track the progress of work.
• Examining and analyzing bank statements and expenditures of customers and advising accordingly.
• Preparing all required progress reports and special reports on a daily basis.
• Supervising quality and providing feedback on errors to team members while researching for ways to minimize errors.

Accounting and Related Clerks (1431),
Payroll Clerks (1432),
Banking, Insurance and Other Financial Clerks (1434)

Well, i dont know, but i will definitely give it a try because i have heard lot of people saying that the post does not matter much if the job duties are matching...I don't know how far is it true!

Definitely bro give it a try , im an accounting assistant and I do must of those duties that are reflected there, and they fall in Accounting NOC (1431) . I did my assesment in canada with an important lawyer and he strongly encouraged me to apply , I was lost at the beginning cause I was not sure about this NOC.
