Can I have a bank statement of 20,000 dollars but money was but in about a week before applying for visas for study

Same here bro, I have 15, 000 dollars but the money is 2 weeks old In my account, my account has been active like I do have 5000 dollars and above sometimes, I don't know what this visa officers will think of it

You will have to provide IRCC info on where you got the money.

I sold one of my lands, please is it okay if I get the change of land ownership, court documents and statements of account to proof it? My husband has 3 lands and he sold one, please advise me, should I provide the supporting documents to the visa officer??

If i were you I would provide supporting documents and explain in SOP.
