My tuition fees is about 21,000 Cad$, so how much should my bank statement show to guarantee visa approval from my sponsor.

It is your tuition fees plus your cost of living which depends on how many family members are going with you.

If none it will be CAD$10,000.
If your wife goes with you must add CAD$5,000.
And if one or more kids are going too you must add CAD$2,000 for each.

I believe its 10'000$ per year...correct me if im wrong but you can find that information on the CIC website.
