What is the right time to deposit the money in bank
As there is written on cic webpage that you will have to show a four month past account what does it mean?

Hi there,

I suggest the required money should be in the bank account at least 6 months earlier from the time you will be applying for your Visa. This way, CIC personnel won't be suspicious that you just transferred the money and you don't have the required financial standings.

So when you submit the past four months bank statements, they will be up to the requirements of your study plan. You simply have to request your bank to issue the bank statements of the last four months and the bank will provide you with that. It's quite simple.
