Bank Statement

Dear All,Visa Office asked me to submit my job payslips,P60's and Bank statement for 7 years employment in the UK.So I got few payslips bcoz I could not collect all payslips this is very difficult.I will send few payslips and Bank statement very soon.I have enough time i.e 50 days left.So seniors plz comment me is it right or wrong decision?

They ask for the Bank certificate to know about the applicant has got the required funds to settle in Canada if he/She has no job..
In other words its the survival cost which a PR applicant has to show...

Lets suppose if someone have not enough funds but He/She got more than 67 points good experience , good qualification..

then what CIO do with that applicant???

i MEET ONE OF THE CANADA IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT AND HE SAID THAT TO HAVE MONEY IN BANK AND PROPERTY EVALUATION IS NOT ACCEPTED . PLEASE HELP ME . THANK YOU
