If you have paid tuition fees and have purchased a GIC, you should be ok even if the funds were transferred few days before your application.

Good Luck!
Hi thanks for your comments please assist me what is GIC ??

Hi Guys,

GIC is not mandatory under general study permit, I never did GIC and got my study permit.
What is important is to prove you have sufficient funds either with you or your sponsor. Additionally securing education loan from bank and paying fees for 1st semester is what strengthens your case.
Needless to say paper work has to be top notch apart from these supporting documents.

Regards,
