Bank Statement reqired for Indian student for Humber

Hi Guys,

Below is my profile and i have secured admission in Humber College in IT Solutions program.
I am planning to finance my education from a student loan.
Now my question is loan will take care of my college fee for 2 years and GIC but while applying for the VISA How much cash i need to show in my or my sponsors account?

SSC - 59.06%
HSC - 50.33%
BSC IT - 70%
1 Year Drop in BSC IT (i.e. Completed BSC in 4 years instead of 3 years)
IELTS - 7 Overall (L-8,R-7.5,W-6.5,S-6.5)

U need to pay 1 term or 1 year tuition fees & show GIC worth 1000CAD along with the tuition fee receipt. No other requirement for proof of funds.
BTW, when did u apply n when u received ur offer letter?

I got confirmation almost 2 months back.

Btw i knw it is not mandatory to show any funds apart from GIC and Tuition fee paid receipt but we need to give them our bank statements from past 4 months so i am asking what should be the ideal amount in those account?

Just to correct you here GIC worth 10000 CAD is required and not worth 1000 CAD

I am still in talks with Dena Bank and SBI they both are ready to provide loan now i am trying to figure out which bank i should apply.

I think if you are going with GIC then you are not required to show money in bank account.
Just attach your loan letter
