I am in Iraq and willing to apply for study permit. For Iraqi students, they must apply for study permit at the Canadian embassy in Jordan, and I was told earlier that our local bank statements might not be recognized by the Canadian embassy, so I tried to make sure of that by calling the embassy and contacting them by e-mail, and I didn't get any response, on the phone: an answer machine tells me that the visa section won't reply my questions soon, that's it! no response at all by phone and e-mail..
Now I need to do the bank statement, but from where? from Iraq or I should do it from other country like Jordan? or how do I contact the embassy to make sure of that? please help with this because everything with me is ok except this.
