Bank Statement - Big transaction, but I already had the required proof of funds

In the last 6 months my bank statement shows a big transaction wich is me selling my car and getting a wire transfer.
But before that transaction, I already had more than the required amount as a proof of funds..
Do I need to make a Letter of explanation with a proof that I sold my car or can I just skip that?

In your LOE write:

Do I need to provide a scan of the selling contract (Translated)? or it's not required in my case?
