Bank statement and fee exemption and parttime work

Dear all,
If your fee is exempted reducing your fee to 2000CAD and you have been given a scholarship of more than 18000CAD. How much bank statement you require? normally you require 11000 CAD(Quebec).

Another question is on work history. I have been working part time as a student. Should I write that I have been working part time during my studies in Work history of the study permit form IMM1294E?
