Bank refused to provide 6-month balance

Does anyone have any experience with the situation where your bank can only provide proof of the funds CURRENTLY in your account, but won't provide information about the average balance in the last 6 months? In such a situation, is it ok for me to just print out bank statements for the past 6 months? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Quite common for banks to refuse written one or several pieces of information required by IRCC.

Get your bank statements and stamp them if possible.
