bank manager said they didnt receive any call

helo everyone it has been quite a while i have been following this forum.

I have already applied (22nd June)for study permit for Masters at Bishop U.

As it has been more than a month and I didnt want to email CHC ISB .so i went to the bank manager today and asked him if he received any call from CHC (he replied that he hasnt received any yet and usually embassies only call if they have any doubts)

so i just wanted to know that do CHC calls necessarily or only when they have any doubts

(if they call necessarily then either it means that my case is still in queue or .......

IF not then e-mail on below address

and tell them........ What is my file number and processing status?

Hope, you will receive your medical call by Visatronics (not by CHC ISB)
in the starting weeks of AUGUST.......

Minimum time of processing is 6 weeks
Maximum time of processing is 2-3 months

if you're still within the normal processing time, they usually won't reply. But do send them an email, and make it short and to the point. No one at CHC has the time to read a 3 page essay.

Well Wasi they send me my File no. when i mailed them to ask about my status....
Is it a good sign

even they didn't call my bank.i think they only check if they have doubt about you or may be they only call to head office of that bank for inquiry

I thought they won't bother to call anyone. Every branch is online, and they can verify it on the spot (Like, all major Banks are in Islamabad too, they may be contracts with banks to disclose information about Bank Balances to embassies on request!)

dont worry horizon....if they feel like ur all documents are true...they dont bother to inquire abt it.

my is same case...no inquiry in bank...got visa on 20-july. but not yet single cal or e-mail to bank.

so just chill...bro!!! best luck... let us know wen u get visa....prayers for u....

THE BANKS HAVE A SEPARATE CELL FOR THAT.. THEY DONT CALL THE BRANCH WHERE YOUR ACCOUNT IS... EMBASSIES USE TO CONFIRM BANK STATS FROM THAT SPECIAL CELL.. AND IF U WANT TO MAIL CHC JUST WRITE UR NAME, DOB AND EMAIL ADDRESS AND WRITE THIS STATEMENT ONLY...
