Try Credila. Its an HDFC company for education loans and they are really good with door service etc.

Loads you can find when you google them, regarding process, paperwork and disbursement.

Dear Friend,

Firstly there are select banks that are accepted by the Canadian Embassy. So go to the reputed banks. SBI, ICICI, Kotak etc..
Secondly they have a scheme where you home can be used as a mortgage or guarantee for your education loan. To secure this loan you will have to ITR from your parents. The process is simple and not very time consuming, Just walk in to any of the banks mentioned above and speak to the officer. Most of the people will be helpful and will give you a list of documents and formalities to be completed. Make sure you tell them the truth about your situation to get the complete and accurate information. They will show you the loopholes, to help you.

This is not what i advise every one but if you are in real trouble, contact the agents.

I hope you have already gotten admission into an institution....

What country are you from? You should check banks requirements depending on the country you are gonna get loan from...

Hi Kaur96,

Punjab Sind bank can easily give you loan against property and banks like SBI and ICICI can also give you loan but they need your parents to be govt. employee .

You should search for the banks which give loan against property in your area because as far as i know it differs from state to stste in India .

Hello dear,

There is a long list of documents that u need to submit while taking loans. I myself is taking study loan againt my house. Though most of d banks wud sanction loan only if ur parents are govt employee but some banks may b linient. I applied for laon at Canara bank and none of my parents is govt employee.
Firstly, u have to submit all ur academic certificates and extra curricular certificates too, to make ur case stronger, ur offer letter( fee shud b mentioned on it, otherwise take ur univ or clg prospect to dem mentioning ur program fee), ur id proofs, ur parents' id proofs, PAN card, income certificate, u have to open ur accnt in bank( the accnt is joint accnt wid ur one of d parents id u r nt working), ur house map passed from municipality, registry of ur house( this registry wud go to lawyer of d bank for preparing some documents, this process takes d longest time), then the house map is given to panel valuer for valuation of ur house( this person again is sent by bank, it takes two days for making report of valuation of house)

Other dan this, there shud b a guarantor who shud b govt employee. His documnts include hus id proofs, PAN card, 3 months salary slip, 1 yr account statemnt , 6 PDCs cheques and photographs.
If ur sibling is studyng anywhere in any foreign country dey wud ask for his or her details.

These r all d documents u need to submit dem. may b i am missng something but these r d main documents. May b document requiremnta differ from bank to bank but these documnts were asked by my bank to submit.

Hope dis helps, thank u
