Bank Drafts

Hello everyone, new to this forum as a member, but I've been reading helpful posts here for a long long time. Finally decided to join as I'm preparing to submit my own application.
I am a Bangladeshi citizen. I would like to know a few things regarding the Canadian Study Permit application, so I request experienced people's advice regarding the following points:

First, for paper applications (filled in by computer and printed) submitted via the VAC at Dhaka, do we pay the visa fee and biometric fee at the VAC in cash Bangladeshi taka? Will they accept the payment at the time of document submission?

02. My Uncle is going to support me financially and he is a Canadian citizen. He will send affidavit of support as well as tax and other usual documents required for financial support, however, instead of Bank statements for the past 06 months he wants to send in a Bank Draft covering a year's tuition and living expense, which I can cash after going to Canada if visa approved. Also, one semester fee already paid so that's a point too (separate from bank draft amount).
Now, I have read in the CIC guidelines that a Bank draft in a convertible currency is one of the documents which can be used to show financial support (tuition + $10,000 etc etc). Can this bank draft in my name from uncle be shown instead of providing 06 months statement?

03. If Bank Draft can be used, do I provide the Singapore visa office with a notarised photocopy of the draft or how do I show them the draft?

04. Regarding letter of explanation why uncle and not my parents are providing financial support, is it required for my uncle himself to write this letter about why he is supporting financially, or would it be fine if I wrote the letter explaining why my uncle is supporting financially?

05. How should one arrange and bind all the pages in an application package? Is it allowed to staple everything or should I use paper clips/Gems clips to bind all the paper together?

Thank you, I highly appreciate all your helpful posts!

1. Yes.
2. You must provide as many documents as you can from you/him and official letter from him, why he is supporting you and his promise to support you all the way. They will decide if that is enough, so provide as many documents as you can, better to have statements and paystubs.
3. Probably, but not sure.
4. Letter is explanation is from you where YOU describe all your situation that is unclear, but as I stated in answer #2 he would also provide official document which states that he will support you all the way and prove that he is able to.
5. Don't staple anything. They will help you with that is VAC office, probably. But what I suggest you just print additional pages with just headings, for example "Education history" / "Payment" / "Travel History" etc. That is what my lawyer did here in Canada.

Hope that helps..

Be careful with the letter of explanation. As your uncle is Canadian citizen and sponsoring you, it may cause doubt on VO mind that you won't leave Canada after the graduation. Good luck
