Bank draft issued through a Canadian financial institution?

I was talking to the university about the money transfer(tuition fees), they gave me the link and the link says:

I want to send the money from Bangladesh to them. Western Union Business solutions don't have Bangladesh on their list. So I think my only option is the bank draft one. However, I don't understand how this will work. Anyone knows? How do I get bank drafts issue through a Canadian financial institution from here in Bangladesh?
