Bank balance monthly average?

Hey guys,

My bank is refusing point blank to send me a letter showing the average balance in my account for the past six months.

Has anyone faced the same thing?

I'm thinking of two options, has anyone tried either of these:

1. Write my own table and calculate average balance, send alongside bank statements.

2. Block my bank account for 6 months and send proof of this "block" in my immigration application.
