Bank account with unsecured credit card.

I need to open a bank account with unsecured credit card, any advice/experience?
I'm an asylum claimant.
I checked the RBC website and they provide it to the holders of PR, please correct me if this is not right.

go to the bank in person and ask them personally...

Hi Samer,just wondering if you were able to get an unsecured credit card with any of the banks as a claimant?

Go to TD bank and ask for new to Canada credit card they will issue you 100% I'm sure .. As a refugee claimant the accept u don't worry

Hi Guys, they refused to give me unsecured one, I tool secured one from TD.
The said rules have been changed...if anyone got unsecured recentlyy please let me know when and from where
