isn't the bank account in your name? is it just a different spelling?

You can use a same name affidavit for this. Or you can get your name updated with the bank. The online statements might not reflect the new name so you might have to get new statements printed from the bank, if you plan on uploading them.

I got married and did a change of name in my passport but my bank name is different ,is that an issue if I print the bank statement in my old name and my passport has the new name?
